Let Your Light Shine

People are constantly looking for a light to lead the way. We snuff our light with the simplest of slip-ups: from participating in inappropriate jokes/vulgar language, to expressing frustration in front of others, to posting that political Facebook message when folks do not know your heart. Always ask yourself, “Is there any virtue or praise in what I am doing right now? (Phil 4:8) & “In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” (Matt 5:16) ESV
