The Anointing Spigot

The anointing of the Holy Spirit is like a broken spigot. We come as empty vessels and he fills us to overflowing. We need to make sure that we are not corked or our containers will break or we will not receive anything fresh. God’s desire is to never turn off the tap, keeping us full while his blessings over flow out to others. Even when we are open, sometimes we knock ourselves over and are emptied. All it takes is righting ourselves and aligning back with the spigot and we are full again in no time.
